Pinehill Associates FAQs
Q. What size of loans do you offer?
You can borrow anything from £100 all the way up to £12,000 on a personal unsecured loan, if you are a homeowner and are happy to secure a loan against your home then we can increase the loan size to a maximum of £25,000. We are a responsible broker and will only present you to responsible lenders who will only lend what you can afford to repay.
Q. How is Pinehill Associates Limited different to other companies?
We work in a similar way to a comparison site, we ask you a series of questions and your financial requirements, we then match these details against current UK lenders and present you with our findings, this allows you to choose from the lenders we have matched you with based on your requirements, not ours, We receive absolutely NO commission from the lenders, allowing us to be completely independent, putting your needs before our own.
Q. What happens if I cannot afford to repay my loan?
After taking out your loan, if you experience difficulties in making the payments, please contact the lender directly, so you can discuss the payment options on your loan. If you default on your loan without getting in touch with your lender, they will try to contact you and you may also incur a fee for missing / being late on a payment. Please remember that the lender is there to help you, but you must work with them to come up with a solution.
Q. Do you charge fees?
We match your details against many direct UK lenders offers, without being influenced by who pays us the most commission; we also offer the backup support of real people working on your behalf to source the best lenders suited to your needs and the ability to talk to them as many times as you like on a national rate telephone number (Calls charged at national rates and are normally included within free call packages).
Q. Can I get a refund for my call charges?
Yes you can, you have a statutory right to a full refund of all call charges relating to our service, we hope that you are happy with the level of service that we offer but if you would like a refund then we are happy to offer one to you. To receive a refund, we ask that you send to us a copy of your phone bill showing your mobile number, or your name and address, it will also need to show the calls made to our service (our numbers normally start with an 09) and the cost of these calls. You can send your refund request to us by posting a copy of your bill to us at Pinehill Associates Limited, FREEPOST PINEHILL. A refund will be provided to the bill payer in the form of a cheque. Please allow up to 30 days.
